We are a company built on values such as respect for humans and environment. Based on that we need to work to limit our impact. And so it means to manage our returns level. 

We do offer free returns BUT please make a considered purchase and DO NOT hesitate to write us for any questions prior to your purchase, fitting, sizing, style of the shoes, anything in order for you to make a conscious purchase and avoid useless carbon footprint.

All that said you have 15 days from receipt of your order to change your mind and return your items. You can write to hello@nomasei.com and we will generate a label for you.

Extended return policy during Xmas time

For models on sale, returns will not be refunded but a credit will be offered on the site and an exchange can be offered. 

Pieces whose soles have been damaged during your fittings cannot be returned.
